tap Architecture Live
Draw it once. Bill it honestly. Hand it over.
tap Architecture is a working studio, not a portfolio. Projects are numbered the way a drawing set is, billed in installments a client can follow without a meeting, and closed with every revision, expense and site instruction still on the record.
Where the money goes.
A practice that cannot say what a project costs is a practice that argues about it later. This is the same breakdown the studio panel draws, on the same dimension string a plan uses to measure a run of openings.
Every sheet carries its own revision table. The current issue is D, dated 21 Jul 2026.
A practice on the record.
Projects on the record
Every project is a numbered sheet: scope, contract value, the agent who brought it, the revisions it has been through, and what is left to hand over.
Installment billing
Contracts are billed in stages a client can follow — signature, mobilisation, structure, finishes, handover — and the panel shows which ones have actually been collected.
The agents ledger
The people who bring the work and the people who do it are on the same ledger: what was agreed, what has been paid, and what the studio still owes at the end of the month.
Monthly profits
One page that answers the only question worth asking at month end: after every expense, every agent and every overhead, what did the practice keep?
Walk the studio.
The position, the project register, a full project sheet with its title block, the agents ledger and the month — all drawn, all populated, none of it real.
